Prince Harry ends complaint against tabloid over naked photos

Prince Harry has ended his complaint against British tabloid The Sun which printed naked photos of the royal in Las Vegas.

"Having considered the matter now for a number of weeks, we have decided not to pursue a complaint," a spokesman for St. James's Palace said in a statement. "We remain of the opinion that a hotel room is a private space where its occupants would have a reasonable expectation of privacy."

"Prince Harry is currently focused entirely on his deployment in Afghanistan, so to pursue a complaint relating to his private life would not be appropriate at this time and would prove to be a distraction," the statement continued.

Prince Harry returned to military service two weeks after TMZ posted on August 21 photos that showed Harry naked, playing pool and hugging a girl, inside a Las Vegas hotel room. Harry, who had in the past been dubbed the "party prince," was at the time on a private vacation before scheduled military duty.

The Palace has not announced plans to withdraw their legal action against the French magazine Closer over topless photos of Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, which were published online and in print earlier in the month.

Harry was recently targeted in deadly a deadly Taliban attack which killed 2 Marines, on the eve of his 28th birthday on September 15, 2012.

The royal, who is an Apache helicopter pilot in the British army and on the front lines of Afghanistan for his second scheduled military deployment, survived the attack on his base on Camp Bastion in Helmand Province on September 14.

Two U.S. Marines died in the attack, which Taliban sources said was carried out because Harry is there and to avenge an anti-Islamic film that insulted the Prophet Muhammad, according to the Associated Press.

"We attacked that base because Prince Harry was also on it and so they can know our anger," Taliban spokesman Qari Youssef Ahmadi told The Associated Press by telephone. "Thousands more suicide attackers are ready to give up their lives for the sake of the Prophet."

Britain's defense ministry said that they didn't plan to pull Prince Harry out from Afghanistan and that his deployment was carefully planned and threats to British troops are "continually assessed and all measures taken to mitigate it."

Harry, known in the British military as Captain Wales, began his latest deployment in Afghanistan on Friday, September 7. His combat tour, where he serves as a gunner on an Apache attack helicopter, is scheduled to last four months.

Harry is the younger brother of Prince William, who is widely believed to become king, after their father Prince Charles. The brothers are the only children of the late Princess Diana and maintain a large fan base in their native UK.

Andrew Garfield, director Marc Webb set to return for 'Amazing Spider-Man' sequel

Andrew Garfield is gearing up to don spandex for a second time.

The 29-year-old actor gained widespread attention in July, when he starred in the highly-anticipated Spider-man reboot "The Amazing Spider-man." The actor and the film's director, Marc Webb, are set to return for a sequel to the superhero drama, Columbia Pictures announced on September 28.

"We could not be more confident in the direction we are taking this new Spider-Man storyline and we are tremendously excited to be ramping up production again with Marc at the helm and Andrew continuing on as Peter Parker," president of Columbia Pictures Doug Belgrad said in a statement obtained by OTRC.com. "We can't wait to share what we have in store for Peter and Spider-Man with audiences worldwide."

The film, which is set to be released on May 2, 2014, will begin production in early 2013.

In "The Amazing Spider-Man," Peter Parker (Garfield) goes in search of clues that might explain what happened to his parents, who disappeared when he was young. His search brings him to Dr. Curt Connors, his father's former partner. The film brought in an impressive $751 million worldwide.

In the first film, Emma Stone portrays Peter Parker's blonde love interest Gwen Stacy, opposite "The Social Network" actor. The pair, who has been romantically linked since June 2011, met during a screen test for the upcoming superhero movie.

"We got on really well as people, in between [takes]," Garfield told MTV in a recent interview. "That was the fun stuff: In between, we'd just mess around, and I felt, 'Ah, this is different.' I wasn't really aware what was happening in the screen test. She keeps you on your toes, and that wakes you up. That was the beginning."

Garfield has appeared in films like "The Other Boleyn Girl," "The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus" and "Never Let Me Go." The English actor was nominated for a Golden Globe for his role "The Social Network."

Nicki Minaj set to appear in three-part reality series on E!

Nicki Minaj is set to take part in yet another reality series.

Minaj, 29, is not only set to be a judge on the FOX singing show "American Idol," but is also set to appear in a three-part special on the E! Network beginning in November.

The network, which aired her first special in 2010 titled "My Time Now," announced that the new series will include never-before-seen footage of the rapper in her personal and professional life. The site promises more details in the near future.

On Sunday, September 16, Fox officially announced that Minaj and Keith Urban were signed on to "American Idol" as judges, and would join Randy Jackson and Mariah Carey for the next season.

According to Deadline.com, the platinum-selling rapper reportedly signed a contract that is rumored to include a $10 million to $12 million salary. Meanwhile, Urban is said to be earning around $3 million to $5 million for the gig.

Auditions will kick off in New York City and will also include cities like Los Angeles, Chicago, Charlotte, San Antonio, Baton Rouge and Oklahoma City.

"New York auditions today & tomorrow," Minaj Tweeted on September 16. "See ya there barbz!!!!!!!!! #AmericanIdol :p."

The new judges come on the heels of the departures of former judges Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez at the end of last season. Lopez and Tyler joined the series in 2010.

"American Idol" season 12 is set to kick off in January 2013.

Kate Middleton 'bottomless' photos published in Danish magazine

Kate Middleton most likely hoped that her topless photo scandal is a thing of the past, but now a Danish magazine has published "bottomless" photos of the royal.

The new photos, published in the Danish magazine Se og Hor and leaked to the web this week, show the Duchess of Cambridge trying to put on a pair of bikini bottoms with a towel wrapped around her shoulders. The photos are from the same set of topless photos first published two weeks ago in the French magazine, Closer and later re-printed in Italy, Ireland and widely across the internet.

"It's a set of unique photos from an A-class celebrity. We are a leading gossip magazine in Denmark, and it is my job to publish them," Se og Hor's editor told the Belfast Telegraph before the issue came out. "If the British royal family want to sue us, then it will happen then and we'll deal with it."

Middleton won an injunction against Closer, halting distribution of the photos which were taken while she and Prince William were on a balcony in Southern France, during a private vacation earlier in the month.

Per the ruling, Closer had to hand over digital copies of the unauthorized photos within 24 hours. The court also stopped the magazine from republishing the pictures - including on its website and its tablet app - as well as re-selling them. The court also imposed a $2,500 fine and blocked further publication of the photos. The ruling only affects the French magazine branch of Mondadori, Closer's publisher. Mondadori faces a daily fine of euro10,000 ($13,100) if it fails to do so.

"These snapshots which showed the intimacy of a couple, partially naked on the terrace of a private home, surrounded by a park several hundred meters from a public road, and being able to legitimately assume that they are protected from passers-by, are by nature particularly intrusive," the French ruling said, according to the Associated Press. "(They) were thus subjected to this brutal display the moment the cover appeared."

"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge welcome the judge's ruling," a spokesperson for the royal couple said in a statement obtained by OTRC.com.

The royal couple is also filing a criminal complaint against 'X' - the unnamed photographer who took the picture in hopes to get the identity of the mystery photographer and prevent him or her from selling the photos to new outlets. The photographer could face a significant fine and a year in prison if the case goes forward.

Joe Little, the managing editor of Majesty magazine told The Associated Press that the royal family swiftly enforced legal again in the case because "they wanted to set a benchmark for the future."

Little speculated that the quick legal action also reflected Prince William's desire to not let the press to harass Kate Middleton in the same manor that they harassed his late mother Princess Diana. Princess Diana was killed in 1997, when she was fatally injured in a car crash after being chased by paparazzi in Paris.

In 1994, Britain newspaper editors refused to publish topless photos of Princess Diana that were offered by a Spanish press agency, saying they wanted to respect. They were taken while she was sunbathing in a hotel in Malaga, Spain.

Last year, Middleton's younger sister Pippa also faced a topless photo scandal.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry and the Palace ended their complaint against British tabloid The Sun, which printed naked photos of the royal in Las Vegas.

Christina Aguilera debuts man-killer music video for 'Your Body' - Watch

Christina Aguilera debuts music video for her new single "Your Body," which features the singer bedding and killing men.

The video shows Aguilera rocking a lot of pink wigs, leopard print, corsets and micro-mini skirts, while meeting and murdering a slew of handsome male companions.

The song was produced by Max Martin, who also produced the Maroon 5 hit "Moves Like Jagger," where Aguilera did guest vocals and the video was directed by Melina Matsoukas, who also directed Rihanna's "We Found Love" music video, which was named Video of the Year at the MTV Video Music Awards.

The 31-year-old singer recently revealed the name of her upcoming album to fans on Twitter, writing, "Album title: Lotus. Representing an unbreakable flower that survives under the hardest conditions and still thrives."

The album is due out in November and the singer said that for the first time, she didn't concentrate on a theme but just did what felt right.

"Conceptually I didn't target one particular sound/genre. I made [what] felt good," Aguilera wrote of "Lotus," adding, "[My inspirations were] self expression and freedom. The album represents a rebirth for me."

Aguilera's last album, a 2010 dance and electronic album titled "Bionic," sold just 310,000 units and was her first album to not reach platinum status.

Since then, Aguilera has gone through a divorce, found new love and came back into the public eye on "The Voice." Aguilera and Jordan Bratman were married for five years before she filed for divorce in 2010. They have a 4-year-old son, Max.

It was announced on September 17 that Aguilera and her fellow "The Voice" mentor Cee Lo Green would be taking time off from the reality series in its upcoming fourth season. Shakira and Usher will take the pair's spots, alongside Adam Levine and Blake Shelton. The third season of the reality singing competition premiered on September 10.

Aguilera's new album features Cee Lo Green and Adam Levine. The Maroon 5 front man told Aguilera at a recent news conference for the show that he'd heard "Your Body" and added, "I hate you because it's so good."

Kate Upton frolics with baby animals, unicorn man for fashion shoot (Video)

Swimsuit model Kate Upton frolicked with baby animals and a unicorn man in a newly-released video for an upcoming fashion spread.

In the video, the 20-year-old bikini model is shown playing with baby goats, piglets, bunny rabbits, puppies and chicks. She is also seen with children, a baby and a man wearing a unicorn costume.

The video entitled, "Hush Lil Baby, Don't You Cry," was shot by photographer Bruce Weber for Carine Roitfeld's new magazine, CR Fashion Book. Roitfeld, who left French Vogue in December 2010, launched the magazine in mid-September.

Upton first gained internet fame last year when a video of her doing the dance "the Dougie" at a Clipper's game went viral. More recently, she danced to The Rej3ctz's "Cat Daddy" clad only in a bikini for photographer Terry Richardson.

In January, Upton landed in second place on the Most Desirable Woman of 2012 list by the website AskMen.com. In 2011, she was named GQ magazine's "Body of the Year." The model has had roles in "Tower Heist" and "The Three Stooges." She also briefly appeared as herself on the Feb. 18, 2012 episode of "Saturday Night Live."

In February, Upton appeared in a Carl's Jr. commercial where she got intimate with a Southwest Patty Melt.

Upton was recently romantically linked to 29-year-old Detroit Tigers pitcher Justin Verlander. According to the Daily Mail, the pair were seen at an Aerosmith concert on July 5 and Upton attended a Detroit Tigers game the following night.

Malin Akerman expecting first child with husband Roberto Zincone

Malin Akerman is expecting her first child with husband Roberto Zincone, the "Rock of Ages" actress' rep confirmed to OTRC.com on September 28.

The Sweden-born actress met Zincone when she was the lead singer in the band The Petalstones and Zincone was the drummer. The Italian musician did not speak English, so when they spent time together after band practice, he would bring a dictionary.

Akerman told Esquire magazine in 2009 that they would "sit for hours with a bottle of wine, a pack of cigarettes, and an English dictionary, because he didn't speak a word of English."

Akerman, who speaks English, Swedish, French and Spanish, married Zincone at the Grand Hotel Moon Valley in Sorrento, Italy on June 20, 2007.

The 34-year-old actress had her first starring role opposite Ben Stiller in "The Heartbreak Kid." She also had roles in "Wanderlust," "27 Dresses," "The Proposal," "Couples Retreat" and "The Watchmen."

Akerman did not catch her break immediately though and told OnTheRedCarpet.com that when she moved to Los Angeles, she was homeless for awhile.

"When I first came out here, I was completely jobless for a whole year," Akerman told OnTheRedCarpet.com at the "Wanderlust" premiere. "It was not fun but I was young enough that I didn't have anyone depending on me. I actually had a great time with my best friend. We were really creative with how we were going to get food and how we were going to make payments for rent. I did not sell my body on the street, if you were wondering... I've had moments of being completely homeless. I wandered L.A. That's how I was introduced to L.A. It was great."

Akerman currently stars in the Adult Swim comedy series "Childrens Hospital" and recently appeared opposite Tom Cruise in the musical, "Rock of Ages."

Akerman will next portray Blondie singer Debbie Harry in the 2013 film, "CBGB." The movie, which concentrates on New York's legendary nightclub of the same name, also stars Justin Bartha, Johnny Galecki, Ashley Greene, Ryan Hurst, Alan Rickman and Rupert Grint.

AnnaLynne McCord of '90210' reveals past sexual assault

"90210" star AnnaLynne McCord revealed that she was sexually assaulted in her own home and felt like she "did not have a voice."

The 25-year-old actress made her comments at a September 22 benefit for the Somaly Mam Foundation, which aims to end slavery and human trafficking.

"Has anyone ever been raped? Sexually abused? Not said 'no' when you felt you didn't have the right to?" McCord asked the audience. "I know what it feels like."

McCord was on-hand to host an auction to raise money for the Foundation and opened up to Us Weekly magazine about her speech.

"I had a very similar experience to what these girls go through 20 times a night," McCord told Us Weekly, referring the abused women the Somaly Mam Foundation works to help. "It happened to me once by somebody that I knew, and it is a very interesting thing to feel that you do not have the voice to say 'no.' It wasn't an attack or anything like that - I just had no voice. I did not know how to say, 'I don't want this. Please do not do this to me.'"

"It was a situation where I found myself in my own home being hospitable, and that hospitality was taken advantage of at an extreme level. I did not have a voice, and now I do, and I'm practicing using my voice for others," McCord continued. "Finally I can say I was taken advantage of - not from my own shame that I did something to deserve that - and now I can have a clear conscience."

McCord, who plays snobby Naomi Clark on the CW teen drama series "90210," has worked with the Somaly Mam Foundation for several years and visits victims in Cambodia each Christmas.

In July 2011, McCord made headlines for her romance with the significantly older Australian "Prison Break" actor Dominic Purcell, 42.

The two are set to star together in the upcoming crime drama film "Officer Down" with David Boreanaz from the shows "Bones" and "Buffy The Vampire Slayer." The film also stars Stephen Dorff and James Woods and is set for release in 2012.

McCord previously dated "Twilight" actor Kellan Lutz, but the two broke up in November 2010.

The fifth season of "90210" is slated to premiere on October 8 at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.

Ke$ha claims that she had sex with a ghost

Ke$ha discussed her upcoming album "Warrior" on the radio show, "On Air with Ryan Seacrest" and told the host that the single "Supernatural" details a sexual experience she had with a ghost.

"It's about experiences with the supernatural ... but in a sexy way," Ke$ha told Ryan Seacrest on September 25. "Well, I don't know his name! He was a ghost. It was just like ... I had a couple experiences with the supernatural. I'm very open to it."

The album, which is slated for release on December 4 explores Ke$ha's past lives, diving with sharks and her supernatural boyfriend.

"There are so many weird topics on this record from having sexy time with a ghost to getting hypnotized and going into past lives. I just really wanted the theme of this record to be the magic of life," the pop said.

She told Seacrest that she went on a "spirit journey" by herself where she rehabilitated baby lions in Africa, went diving with great white sharks and got hypnotized, which allowed her to explore her past lives.

The pop star, who rose to fame in 2010 with her debut album "Animal," which contained two No. 1 singles - "Tik Tok" and "We R Who We R."

"Warrior" included collaborations with Iggy Pop, The Black Keys' drummer Patrick Carney and The Flaming Lips' Wayne Coyne. Ke$ha debuted her first single from the album, "Die Young," on Seacrest's show.

Amanda Bynes pleads not guilty to 2 hit-and-runs

Amanda Bynes pleaded not guilty in court on September 27 to two misdemeanor counts of hit-and-run.

p>The 26-year-old former child star, known for roles in films such as "Hairspray" and "All That," did not appear in court herself but her attorney Richard Hutton entered the not guilty plea on her behalf. The actress' case is due back in court on October 19 and actress must be booked on the charges within 48 hours of that appearance.

The first suspected hit-and-run took place on April 10 after a person told police that Bynes rear-ended their car on a Los Angeles highway and fled the scene. She was not arrested.

The incident occurred days after she was booked for allegedly driving drunk and crashing into a cop car. She pleaded not guilty to DUI in June and in late May, Tweeted: "I can't help but laugh at all of you writing fake stories about me. I was not in any hit and runs. I don't drink so the DUI is false."

Prosecutors reopened the first suspected hit-and-run case after a second one surfaced in early August. A Los Angeles woman filed a police report in which she claimed that Bynes rear-ended her on a busy street in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles and fled the scene. Bynes has not commented.

Each count of hit-and-run, driving with a suspended license and DUI carries a maximum sentence of six months in jail. All of Bynes' charges are misdemeanors. In Los Angeles, most non-violent offenders are released from custody early due to overcrowding.

Bynes was also recently charged with two counts of driving with a suspended license. She lost her driving privileges in early September following the two car accidents and a separate DUI arrest in West Hollywood. On the 16th of the month, authorities pulled Bynes over near Bob Hope Airport in Burbank, California, for driving with a suspended license. Her car was impounded, but she was not arrested.

Bynes recently told People magazine in a phone interview she is "doing amazing," adding: "I am retired as an actor. I am moving to New York to launch my career. I am going to do a fashion line. I am not talking about being arrested for DUI because I don't drink, and I don't drink and drive. It is all false."

The actress, who played pig-tailed Penny Pingleton in the 2007 musical film "Hairspray," had announced in June 2010 that she had quit acting only to claim a month later she had "unretired," just ahead of the release of her latest film, the comedy "Easy A." She played a conservative student named Marianne opposite main star Emma Stone.

The actress rose to fame as a child star with the Nickelodeon series "All That," which aired between 1996 and 2002. She also portrayed Taffy on the animated series "Rugrats" and starred opposite Colin First and Kelly Preston in the teen romantic comedy "What a Girl Wants." Between 2002 and 2006, she appeared on the sitcom "What I Like About You" with Jennie Garth.

Let's hope this hunky blond can find love. Personally, I'm relieved it's not Ryan Lochte. He's too much of a player. Sean seems genuinely interested in finding Mrs. Right. In case you don't know, Sean is 28 and is a businessman and entrepreneur from Dallas.

Question: So,Nick, what's the status of your relationship with Rachel now? Did you guys end up talking things out andbecoming friends again or do you kind of have no intention to fix things?

Nick Peterson: No. I – we haven't talked at all. And would I like to? Yes, absolutely. But I figured I'd let it settle down a littlebit for a while because I know especially, you know, with the finale airinglast night that she's going to be bombarded with a lot of questions.

She's goingto stand up for herself, I'm sure, you know, and I would assume she's, youknow, not going to say some nice things about me.

So I'mgoing to let it settle down for a little while and then – and then hopefullymaybe we can patch things up.

Fresh off of his big "Bachelor Pad" win, Nick Peterson took some time to talk about his strategy, why he decided to keep the money for himself and what he plans to do with the $250k now that he has it.

Nick said that he and Rachel have yet to talk aboutwhat happened the night of the finale and that he thinks he needs to “let itsettle down a bit” since the finale just aired. He said he knows that she is really angry with him, but that he wouldlike to patch things up with her in the future.

He said, “Was it tough sitting next to her crying,yes, but then after seeing what she said, I didn’t feel that bad.” Nick is referring to two of the episodes thataired once they became partners. He saidthat he saw that Rachel didn’t want to be his partner and several timesjeopardized their time there by saying she wanted to go home and secretlycalling Michael.

09/10/2012 Deceit Wins Over Loyalty on 'Bachelor Pad' Finale

This shocking, most disturbing “Bachelor Pad” finale ever, was that andeven more. Let’s recap on how Rachelreally got the short end of the stick this season in basically every way.

It came down to Nick and Rachel and then Chris and Sarah in the finals. They brought back all of the contestants torehash everything that happened on the show this season in a “tell all” kind offormat.

Michael wasin the hot seat first and he said that what Erica said when he was eliminatedby her was uncalled for. Erica says thatshe stands behind what she said. Headded that he and Rachel had a great time but it just didn’t “you know”. He said he thought things were amicable, andJaclyn said that she is still very hurt. He didn’t think there was enough there for a long termrelationship. Michael said that Rachelwas falling in love with him and he just wasn’t with her. The consensus among the other women in thehouse is that he pretty much led Rachel on. We’ll hear from Rachel on this topic later.

Jennifer Matarese: Soat the end of Monday's episode, you said that something in the finale was disturbing,and I was wondering if you could elaborate at all on that.

Chris Harrison: Nottoo much without the kind of giving away what's the serving. But yes, it's a little different. And it's funny that I've heard several timesthat that is the worst. It kind ofresonated with fans. And the people onTwitter and everything, they're like, “Oh my gosh, he said dramatic before, buthe'd never said the word disturbing.” Soit's funny how kind of something has caught everyone's attention.

But it is a– it's very different. And we're tryingto think like, “OK, how do we say this is very different than just the gardenvariety drama that we bring, you know, every season and every week, year in andyear out?” And it's a very differentevent that happens in particular that we've never seen before, so that was the– we had to bring something new to the game.

09/06/2012 Chris Harrison Dishes on the 'Bachelor Pad' Finale and the Upcoming 'Bachelor'

Chris Harrison, the Rosemaster himself,acknowledged that in the promo for this coming week’s “Bachelor Pad” finale,calling it “disturbing” really resonated with the fans. He said that he couldn’t really elaboratemuch more on what he meant when he said that because it would give it away, butthat “it’s different than the garden variety drama” that the show is known foreach week and each year and it’s something we’ve never seen before. Sounds juicy!

Also, I know there has been A LOT ofspeculation as to who the next “Bachelor” is going to be and he said that thedecision has still not been made although the field has been narrowed downconsiderably. Whenever he mentioned Roberto,he would always say “was” being considered and I asked him about that but heseemed to mean that he was being considered and not that it was pasttense. I don’t know if I totally buythat. I think we are looking at SeanLowe, Ryan Lochte (I hope not!) and possibly someone new! Harrison said that they are always goingthrough the applications of guys wanting to be the next “Bachelor” and the possibilitythat it is someone we haven’t seen before does remain! That would be exciting.

09/03/2012 The Final Four Couples Turn into the Final Four Contestants on 'Bachelor Pad'

We’re down to the final four and things are going to get wild andintense. The housemates can nowpractically feel their wallets getting fatter with the $250k. Nick and Rachel feel like they could be nexton the chopping block because they are not “romantic” partners and everyoneelse is.

Chris Harrison announces that the winner of the competition will have alot of power in their hands, but he doesn’t completely explain what thatmeans. He does say that they all need topack and that one couple will be leaving once the competition is over. The very astute Chris says that he thinks itmeans the winner will get to choose who goes home. I’m guessing he’s right.

The competition is called “Hanging by a Thread”. One person has to sit up on a platform andhang on to a bar while the other team member answers “Bachelor” trivia. Wrong answers means that the ropes holdingthe platform up start to disappear. Thecouple who wins does select who will have to leave.

Question: OK,so during your season of “The Bachlorette”, obviously a lot of people had astrong reaction to you and did like you very much, but you were extremelylikable on Bachelor Pad. So I'mwondering if you wanted to change your strategy coming in or do you think Lindzibrought out the best in you?

Kalon McMahon: Well,to be completely honest I don't know if it was necessarily either. I can't say that I had a specific strategygoing to either show. We filmed themvery, very close so I was still the same person. It was just a very differentenvironment. I was much morecomfortable, much happier, much more outgoing on The Bachelor Pad just becausesimply of the dynamics.

Kalon gave an interview to reporters today and he had the nicest things to say about his new lady Lindzi and his experience on "Bachelor Pad".

Kalonsaid that he didn’t have a specific strategy for “Bachelor Pad” or for “TheBachelorette” but that the reason he seemed different is because he was in adifferent environment each time. He saidthat he just naturally had a better connection with Lindzi than he did withEmily.

08/27/2012 Spelling Out Your Feelings on 'Bachelor Pad'

10 people now remain inside the “Bachelor Pad”. Chris Harrison said that now people wouldhave to compete as couples and vote together as couples and get voted out ascouples. That’s crazy! I love how the game keeps changing. Nick and Rachel now have to team up as acouple because Michael was eliminated last week.

Sarah and Chris decided to go and gloat about how they arestill in the house. Ed, Blakeley andJaclyn all want Chris out of the house. He’s going to have to win this week’s challenge to stay in the game Ithink.

The next day, the competitors all get on a yellow school busand drive to a performing arts center. Inside, they learn that they will be competing in a spelling bee! This is going to be hilarious! They have to spell the words by alternatingletters with their partners. That’scrazy hard! The top kid spellers inCalifornia were there to judge and the bell ringer kid was disgusted with howbad they all were, it was so funny! Believe it or not it was down to Chris and Sarah and Ed and Jaclyn. The winners were Chris and Sarah! I have to admit, I’m really glad they won…I love to hate Chris!

Brian Wilson, Al Jardine and David Marks dropped from Beach Boys tour

Mike Love and Bruce Johnston will continue to tour as The Beach Boys without original members Brian Wilson and Al Jardine and longtime band member David Marks.

The two musicians announced the news in a statement last week. According to CNN, the statement said, "The post-50th anniversary configuration will not include Brian Wilson, Al Jardine and David Marks. The 50th Reunion Tour was designed to be a set tour with a beginning and an end to mark a special 50-year milestone for the band."

The band's 50th anniversary tour is set to finish up in London with two final shows with Wilson, Jardine and Marks. The new line-up of The Beach Boys will continue to tour throughout the fall.

"I'm disappointed and can't understand why he (Love) doesn't want to tour with Al, David and me," Wilson said in a statement to CNN. "We are out here having so much fun. After all, we are the real Beach Boys."

The announcement came just before the band celebrated an exhibit at the Grammy Museum about them in Los Angeles.

Love and Wilson, who wrote many of the bands' biggest hits like "God Only Knows" and "Good Vibrations," have feuded on and off for decades about the rights to the band's brand name and giving Love credit on contributions he made to Wilson's songs.

The band released their first album in years in June called "That's Why God Made the Radio."

Love explained to the London Telegraph on Wednesday, September 26, the ideas behind the decision, including fears of being "overexposed."

"You've got to be careful not to get overexposed. There are promoters who are interested [in more shows by the reunited line-up], but they've said, 'Give it a rest for a year,'" 71-year-old Love said. "The Eagles found out the hard way when they went out for a second year and wound up selling tickets for $5."

The Beach Boys started as a group in California made up of brothers Brian, Dennis and Carl, cousin Mike Love and friend Al Jardine, when the California-based group recorded their first hit single, "Surfin,'" which was released in 1961. More surfing-themed hits would follow, such as "Surfin' USA."

The band has recorded and performed with several other musicians, including guitarist Marks and keyboard player Johnston.

Jennifer Garner talks about raising a son and Ben Affleck's 'wonder sperm' - See video

Jennifer Garner stopped by "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Thursday, September 27, and explained to the talk show host what it was like raising her new son Samuel and life with her husband Ben Affleck.

Garner gave birth to the couple's only son on February 27. Affleck and Garner, who have been married since 2005, also have two daughters, 6-year-old Violet and 3-year-old Seraphina.

Garner has spoken about not wanting to have anymore children but told DeGeneres when asked if she planned to have more children, "I plan to be done with that but my husband is kind of a wonder sperm kind of guy."

"You just have a look at him, you can see why," she added.

Garner also talked about her nearly 7-month old baby Samuel and the differences between raising a boy and two girls.

"I mean, they [Violet and Seraphina] didn't pee in my eye," Garner said.

"I don't know if it's because he's a boy. I don't know if it's because he's my third and I forget that I have him," the 40-year-old actress added. "You're just dealing with two and then you think, 'I swear I put a baby down somewhere.' And you kind of walk through the house, 'There you are!' and he's just happy as can be."

Garner describes her son as "so chill and mellow."

"He reaches when he sees me and he laughs a lot," she added. "He thinks I'm super funny. What more do you want?"

Garner also joked that she and Affleck have trouble keeping up with her kids.

"Talk to Brad and Angie. They seem to have it together," she said. "I call my kids Shiloh sometimes."

Garner recently appeared in "The Odd Life of Timothy Green" and will next appear in the film "Butter" with Hugh Jackman, Alicia Silverstone, Olivia Wilde and "Modern Family" star Ty Burrell. The film hits theaters in limited release on October 5.

Herbert Lom, 'Pink Panther' star, dead at 95

Herbert Lom, who portrayed the deranged Chief Inspector Charles Dreyfus in "Pink Panther" star, has died at age 95.

The Czech-born actor died peacefully in his sleep at his home in London on Thursday, September 27, his son Alec told the Associated Press.

Lom is best known for portraying Charles Dreyfus, the boss to Peter Sellar's Clouseau in the "Pink Panther" franchise, which ran from "A Shot in the Dark" in 1964 to the 1993 film, "Son of the Pink Panther."

"It was a delight to him later in his career to be cast by Pink Panther producer and director Blake Edwards in a comedy role opposite Peter Sellers, and he hugely enjoyed that move," Alec Lom said. "He had many funny stories about the antics that he and Peter Sellers got up to on the set. It was a nightmare working with Peter because he was a terrible giggler and, between my father and Peter's laughter, they ruined dozens and dozens of takes."

Lom was born Herbert Karel Angelo Kuchacevic ze Schluderpacheru in Prague in 1917 and arrived in Britain at the beginning of World War II and worked as a radio announcer for the BBC's overseas service.

Lom appeared in more than 100 films, including "Spartacus," "El Cid," "The Dead Zone" and "The Ladykillers." His first major role was in the 1942 film, "The Young Mr. Pitt." He also portrayed the title character in "The Phantom of the Opera" in 1962 and Van Helsing in the 1970 film, "Count Dracula."

Following the war, Lom attempted to move to America to pursue a career in entertainment, but was denied a visa. He later appeared in American TV shows like "The Streets of San Francisco" and "Hawaii Five-O."

Reese Witherspoon welcomes baby boy with husband Jim Toth

Reese Witherspoon welcomed her third child, a son, on Thursday, September 27. The baby is her first child with husband Jim Toth.

Witherspoon, 36, and Toth named the baby Tennessee James Toth, Witherspoon's spokesperson said in a statement to The Associated Press. "Both mom and baby are healthy and the entire family is thrilled," the statement said.

Though Witherspoon was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, the actress lived in Nashville, Tennessee when she was a child.

The actress and Toth, an agent for Creative Artists Agency, wed in March 2011. She was previously married to actor Ryan Phillippe from 1999 to 2006. The actors are parents to daughter Ava, 13, and son Deacon, 8.

Witherspoon debuted her baby bump at the premiere of "Mud" at the 65th Annual Cannes Film Festival on May 26.

The actress, who appeared earlier this year in "This Means War," stars in "Mud." Matthew McConaughey portrays an escaped fugitive named Mud who is hiding on an island in the Mississippi River and with the help of two teenage boys, tries to evade bounty hunters and track down his true love (Witherspoon).

The film does not yet have a release date for the United States.

Cops: 'Sons of Anarchy' actor dies after killing landlady

by ROBERT JABLONLOS ANGELES -- An actor whose character died a violent death on the TV drama "Sons of Anarchy" plunged to his death in a driveway after apparently killing his landlady and attacking neighbors near Hollywood, police said Thursday.

Johnny Lewis, who played Kip "Half-Sack" Epps in the FX show, is the only suspect in the death of 81-year-old Catherine Davis, according to Los Angeles police.

Authorities found them dead Wednesday morning after neighbors reported a woman screaming inside the home, Cmdr. Andrew Smith said. Lewis' death ended in a turbulent nearly 10-month span during which he was repeatedly arrested and officials expressed concerns about his mental health and the danger he posed to others.

The home where Davis was found had been ransacked, glass was shattered and a dead cat was found.

Neighbors said a man had jumped a fence and assaulted a painter and homeowner next door.

The body of Lewis, 28, was found in the driveway. He could have jumped or fallen from the roof, garage or balcony, or tumbled down stairs from a patio area, Smith said.

Coroner's investigative division Lt. Fred Corral said an autopsy found Davis' cause of death was blunt head trauma and manual strangulation.

Lewis' autopsy results will have to wait for toxicology tests to be completed, said Corral.

The deaths came about four months after a probation official expressed grave concern about Lewis' mental health. The report was prepared in a case in which Lewis was accused of attempting to break into the home of a woman in Santa Monica, Calif., and it described him as a transient. That case came about six weeks after Lewis hit two men over the head with a bottle during a fight.

The probation official wrote of being "very concerned for the well-being of not only the community but that of the defendant."

The May 17 report goes on to state that "the defendant suffers from some form of chemical dependency, mental health issue and a lack of permanent housing. Given this, (Lewis) will continue to be a threat to any community he may reside."

Within days, Lewis was released to a treatment facility and he pleaded no contest to attempting to break into the home in mid-August.

He was placed on three years of supervised probation, sentenced to time-served in jail and no follow-up hearing was scheduled, court records show.

Lewis' attorney Jonathan Mandel said the actor had serious mental issues that seemed to surface fairly recently. He said Lewis' parents and others had tried desperately to help him.

"Johnny Lewis had a lot of problems, a lot of mental problems," Mandel said by phone Thursday. "I recommended treatment for him but he declined it."

He continued, saying: "I give a lot of credit to his parents. They were really strong in trying to help him out. They really went to bat for him, but I guess they just couldn't do enough."

Lewis was released from Los Angeles County Jail a week ago, according to court records.

He had pleaded no contest to assault with a deadly weapon and attempted burglary in separate cases, according to the records.

"Obviously defendant's behavior is out of control and needs counseling afforded by a professional," another probation officer wrote in a report filed in Lewis' assault case.

Both probation reports state Lewis said he was earning about $20,000 a year as an actor in recent years, and he had been living with his parents when he was first arrested in January. In both cases, he was ordered to stay away from drugs.

Lewis' career spanned more than a decade, mainly in small roles. He played Ricky in the 2007 movie "AVPR: Aliens vs Predator - Requiem" and was Dennis "Chili" Childress for two seasons on TV's "The O.C." He also appeared in episodes of such popular television shows as "Boston Public," ''Judging Amy," ''Malcolm in the Middle" and "Drake & Josh."

He was on "Sons of Anarchy" in 2008 and 2009 before his character was killed off.

Kurt Sutter, the show's creator and executive producer, tweeted news of Lewis' death Thursday: "It was a tragic end for an extremely talented guy, who unfortunately had lost his way," Sutter wrote. "I wish I could say that I was shocked by the events last night, but I was not. I am deeply sorry that an innocent life had to be thrown into his destructive path."

Tori Spelling released from the hospital after undergoing emergency surgery

Tori Spelling told readers of her website that she had been released from the hospital after undergoing emergency surgery earlier this month.

The actress was hospitalized in mid-September and underwent emergency surgery following complications from her C-section, which she had in late August during the delivery of her son Finn Davey.

"Hi everyone - I wanted to let you know that I am home from the hospital, on the road to recovery, and overjoyed to be back with my family," Spelling wrote on her website on Thursday, September 27. "I am so thankful for all of your love and support these past couple of weeks. It has meant so much to me. "

She added, "I will be back to blogging tomorrow, so stay tuned!"

The 39-year-old welcomed her fourth child with husband Dean McDermott on August 30. Spelling and McDermott are also parents to 5-year-old son Liam, 4-year-old daughter Stella and 10-month-old daughter Hattie.

McDermott also has a 13-year-old son named Jack from a previous marriage. The couple wed in May 2006.

Spelling and McDermott starred in their own reality show, "Tori & Dean: sTORIbook Weddings," which aired on the Oxygen network in 2011. The actress is best known for her role as Donna Martin in the long-running 90s hit series "Beverly Hills: 90210." McDermott appeared in a number of films including "Open Range" and "Saving God."

Jay-Z slams reports that wife Beyonce is pregnant

Jay-Z has slammed reports that his wife Beyonce is pregnant, telling a reporter that she is not expecting a baby in nine months or any time before that.

When asked by E! News whether the rapper and Beyonce were expecting another baby, Jay-Z said, "Tonight? No."

When pressed for more specifics, he said, "Not in nine months. Absolutely not... Not in one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight or nine months."

Beyonce gave birth to her daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, on January 7. It is the first child for the singer and her husband Jay-Z. The couple has been married since 2008.

In May, the singer talked about how she lost 60 pounds to get in shape for her series of comeback concerts in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Olivia Munn lands multi-episode guest arc on 'New Girl'

Olivia Munn has signed on for a multiple-episode guest arc on "New Girl," FOX confirmed to OTRC.com on September 27.

Munn will portray Nick's (Jake Johnson) new girlfriend, Angie, who reportedly gets along with the group of friends better than Nick's previous love interest, Julia (Lizzy Caplan) who clashed with Zooey Deschanel's character Jess.

Munn's episodes are slated to air in November, but Angie will most likely not last for the long haul, as Munn will have to go back to filming HBO's "Newsroom," when the series begins production on its second season.

On the popular series, which stars Jeff Daniels as news anchor Will McAvoy, Munn portrays financial reporter Sloan Sabbith.

In July, it was announced that "Newsroom" had been renewed for a second season.

Munn, 32, began her career as a co-host of "Attack of the Show!" on G4. She later became a correspondent for "The Daily Show" and starred in the short-lived NBC sitcom "Perfect Couples." She has also had roles in films like "Date Night," "Iron Man 2," "Magic Mike" and recently appeared in the comedy "The Babymakers."

George Strait announces two-year farewell tour

George Strait, a country music legend known for hits like "Fool Hearted Memory" and "Ocean Front Property," announced on Wednesday, September 26, that he will retire from touring with a two-year farewell tour called "The Cowboy Rides Away."

The 60-year-old singer's final tour is set to kick off on January 18, 2013 in Lubbock, Texas.

"This is going to be a very special, emotional tour for me," Strait said in a press conference on Thursday. "Everywhere we're going holds fond memories and I'm looking forward to paying my respects."

Although this will be Strait's final tour, the singer still plans to record new music and play select dates around the country following the completion of the tour, according to the statement on his website.

Singer Martina McBride will join Strait for the 2013 tour dates, which includes stops in Oklahoma City, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas and Houston.

Straight has had a successful career in country music that nabbed him the nickname "King of Country." The singer has a record 59 No.1 hits and has earned more than 60 industry awards. He has also sold over 65 million albums. Strait was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2006.

As always, he's taking the bad with the good.

The not-so-good kicks off with a new movie called "Won't Back Down." Watching it left Sandy asking why should anyone have to pay money to do homework?

Then there's "Hotel Transylvania," as well as "Looper," a brain twister/action film with plenty of heart and soul.

Johnny Lewis, 'Sons of Anarchy' actor, found dead, accused of homicide

"Sons of Anarchy" actor Jonathan Kendrick Lewis was found dead and accused of homicide after allegedly beating an elderly woman and her cat.

The 28-year-old actor was found dead on the driveway of a Los Feliz, Calif. residence, where 81-year-old realtor Catherine Davis and her cat were also found dead. It is believed that Lewis was a former or current tenant of Davis.

Lewis is best known for portraying Kip "Half Sack" Epps on the popular FX biker drama, "Sons of Anarchy." His character was killed off in the season 2 finale, which aired in December 2009.

Lewis was also known for dating pop star Katy Perry in 2006. The pair appeared at several Hollywood events together.

According to local police, neighbors reported screams and found the woman and her cat beaten badly and dead. Another neighbor and the neighbor's handyman were also badly beaten after getting in an altercation with the actor.

Lewis then scaled the three-story building and either jumped or fell from a roof or balcony, authorities told OTRC.com's parent company KABC.

"It's a very gruesome scene. It's a very senseless crime. It's someone that's just defenseless, someone that's in their late, late years, 70, 80 years of age, and then living in this type of neighborhood, you don't expect anything like this to take place," LAPD Sgt. Frank Preciado told KABC.

The murder and causes of Davis and Lewis' deaths are still being investigated. There is no other suspect in Davis' murder case other than Lewis, whose motive is unknown.

According to police records obtained by OTRC.com, Lewis had been released from jail on September 21. He had been arrested three times in 2012 and was booked on August 8 after pleading no contest to one count of assault with a deadly weapon and plead no contest to attempted residential burglary on August 17.

In addition to "Sons of Anarchy," Lewis appeared in 9 episodes of "The O.C." as Dennis "Chili" Childress and also appeared in "MTV's Now What?," "Boston Public," "Drake & Josh," "American Dreams" and "Quintuplets."

Lewis also appeared in films like "Raise Your Voice" and "The Runaways."

UPDATE: "Sons of Anarchy" creator Kurt Sutter Tweeted about the incident, noting that though it was a tragic event, he was not surprised by the actor's actions.

"Not sure if folks know this yet, but johnny lewis (halfsack) died last night. the sad irony of it happening two days after opie's death is not lost on me. it was a tragic end for an extremely talented guy, who unfortunately had lost his way," Sutter Tweeted on September 27. "i wish i could say that i was shocked by the events last night, but i was not. i am deeply sorry that an innocent life had to be thrown into his destructive path. yes, it's day or mourning, but it's also a day of awareness and gratitude. sadly, some of us carry the message by dying."

Sofia Vergara responds to viewers' Facebook questions

McKayla Maroney nabs guest role on 'Hart of Dixie'

Olympic gold medalist McKayla Maroney is coming to "Hart of Dixie."

The petite gymnast, who won a gold and silver medal as part of the U.S. women's team in the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, will appear on the series as Tonya, a friend of Rose (played by McKaley Miller) who comes to her defense, according to a statement from The CW.

No date has been set for Maroney's episode but the series will debut its second season on October 2 at 8 p.m.

Maroney is not the first Olympian from this most recent summer games to nab a role on television. Her teammate Gabby Douglas will appear in a non-speaking role on "The Vampire Diaries" and gold medal swimmer Ryan Lochte will play himself in an episode of "90210."

In April, former "American Idol" winner Scotty McCreery made his acting debut on the series.

The series stars "OC" actress Rachel Bilson as a New York doctor named Zoe Hart who accepts an offer to work at a small practice in Bluebell, Alabama after she fails to get a fellowship at a New York hospital.

Outside of her accomplishments from competing in the Olympics, Maroney is also known for the Internet meme "McKayla is not impressed."
