Estella Warren arrested for DUI, then allegedly kicks officer and escapes police custody

Actress Estella Warren was arrested Monday night in Los Angeles after allegedly crashing into three cars, kicking an officer and then escaping from police custody, officials confirmed to OnTheRedCarpet.com.

Warren, 32, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. on Harper Avenue between Clinton Street and Melrose Avenue.

Police said the former model and synchronized swimmer was arrested for DUI after hitting three parked cars. Warren resisted and allegedly kicked an officer before she was booked into a Los Angeles police station. She reportedly managed to run away from the station before police caught her again.

Warren was booked for felony escaping police custody. Police will file additional charges, including misdemeanor DUI, misdemeanor hit-and-run and misdemeanor battery on a police officer. Her bail was set at $100,000.

Warren has appeared in films such as "Kangeroo Jack," "Driven" and "The Cooler."
