Molly Sims is going to be a first time mom in 2012.
The model and former "Las Vegas" actress and current "Project Accessory" host is pregnant with her first child with husband Scott Stuber, Sims announced on her official website on January 10.
"Today, I am absolutely, positively, downright over the moon to announce that we are pregnant," the actress wrote. "There are simply no words to describe the feeling ... I finally get what they mean when they say pregnant women GLOW."
"Our little bundle of joy is a honeymoon baby, due at the end of June," she added. "A first pregnancy is a nerve-wracking experience of course, but mostly we are just thrilled and excited. We can't wait to meet him or her."
Sims says she used a fortune cookie with a customized message she typed out to tell her husband the big news. Sims, 38, and Stuber, 42, married in September in a small ceremony in Napa Valley, California.
The two dated for a little over a year before becoming engaged in May. Stuber, who was one of the producers on "Love and Other Drugs" proposed the weekend of May 20 and flew Sims' parents out to Los Angeles for the event.
Sims talked to OnTheRedCarpet.com in October about her wedding and she said, "It was the best day of my life. I think I was happy. I'm still happy. I will give brides a note - don't stress, take a step back, don't get crazy drunk, because you're not going to remember it."
Sims, a former model who appeared in several issues of Sports Illustrated's annual Swimsuit Issue, launched her own jewelry line in 2010 called Grayce by Molly Sims and hosted the "Project Runway" spin-off called "Project Accessories" in the fall.
She is most likely known for her role on the television series "Las Vegas" which ran from 2003 to 2008 and starred James Caan and Josh Duhamel.
