Alyson Hannigan expecting second child

Alyson Hannigan is expecting her second child with husband Alexis Denisof, the 'How I Met Your Mother' actress' rep confirmed to Us Weekly.

"Alyson is thrilled to be pregnant!" a source told Us Weekly. "She's been wearing baggy clothes to cover the baby bump."

The couple are parents to 2-year-old daughter Satyana.

Hannigan and Denisof, a British actor, have been married since 2003, after meeting on the set of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer."

The 37-year-old actress has played Lily Aldrin on "How I Met Your Mother" since it debuted in 2005. Her character Lily Aldrin, who is married to Jason Segel's Marshall Eriksen is currently pregnant on the series, which is in its seventh season.

Hannigan is set to reprise her role as naughty flute player Michelle in the new "American Pie" movie, "American Reunion."

The actress rose to fame playing Willow on the cult series "Buffy The Vampire Slayer."
